California Residents: Proposition 65 Warning
We got this bracket with the matched 18″ amber strobe light for one of our newly aquired 2024 Ford F350 pickup trucks. Overall, the light is excellent, bright, and the bracket fits well.
There is one honest criticism, and the “make your own stick on gasket” for where the bracket meets the cab of the truck needs improvement. It was carefully installed following the directions, and when the bracket was tightened, the way the gasket squished out looks really wavy, and then deformed to leave a gap by the wire. I think what would make this kit near perfect, is to have a higher quality gasket pre-installed on the bracket, with a notch or notches where the wire can go. This would make the install aesthetically more pleasing to look at.
Overall, it’s a great light and bracket, and we are glad to support a made in USA company!
