Our Return Policy is simple!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned in new, resalable condition, including all original packaging, parts, and accessories. Returns received in a condition that prevents resale may be subject to a restocking fee. Products returned in a used, damaged, or otherwise non-resalable condition, or returned outside the 30-day return period, may be eligible for store credit only, subject to inspection and approval.
Important: Before returning any product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Returns received without a visible RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Important Notes:
Write your RMA on the exterior of the box, please don’t forget to write your RMA number in large, easy-to-read lettering on the outside of the box. Clearly marking the package helps ensure your return is processed promptly and avoids any chance of the shipment being refused in error.
Special orders and certain component parts are non-returnable. However, if you encounter any issues, our team is here to help! Every Putco product comes with the quality, support, and peace of mind you can count on!
Courtesy in-store credits are valid for up to one (1) year from the date they are issued. Any remaining balance unused after the one-year period will automatically expire and will no longer be available for redemption. Courtesy credits are not gift cards and do not hold cash value. They may only be applied toward future purchases of Putco products and cannot be refunded, transferred, or converted into any other form of credit. Customers are responsible for using the credit within the designated validity period.
